This product is an optical vision inspection system that performs a full inspection of final appearance defects in camera modules. The inspection method utilizes specially designed lighting, projected onto the object, to account for differences in material and reflection characteristics of the camera module. This enables fast and accurate inspection of both the top and bottom surfaces. From material loading to top/bottom inspection and automatic sorting of good and defective products based on inspection results, the entire process is fully automated without operator intervention, making it a Full Automatic System.
